Vacuum Dehydrator having the capacity to process 200 liters of coconut oil per hour. Maximum operating temperature should be 45 deg C with oil movement visibly and RH meter to measure and record in an external storage device. The complete oil movement line should be constructed with stainless steel 304 grade material and body of the equipment can be constructed with mild steel. It should be supplied with 200 liters capacity overhead tank made of SS 304 grade with glass tube level indicator with suction pump and a discharge tank with 75 liters storage capacity. The Power requirement will be 1.5 HP of ISI standard. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
