Storage Silo as per standard design and specification having the capacity of storing 1250 kg of desiccated coconut in a single batch. The two silos should have the capacity to hold the volume of one day production quantity. The silo should have a slow speed agitator inside the storage area for the free flow of desiccated coconut in the bottom. The bottom discharge should be connected to a screw conveyor, which will be directly supplied to the oil expeller. The discharge screw conveyor should be controlled by a variable frequency drive to regulate the feed volume of the expeller. The coconut storage silo should be constructed with stainless steel 304 grade and stand fabrication should be mild steel with powder coating. Power requirement should be 1.5 HP for each silo with individual motors of ISI make. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
