Coconut Oil Expeller having the capacity to process 150 kg of desiccated coconut in one hour. It can be a disc type or screw type expeller which can produce the efficiency of more than 60% oil extraction. Each expeller should have a storage tank in the discharge point of oil on ground level with the capacity of 75 liters and pressed coconut collection tank for further processing. The feed volume will be controlled by the storage silo discharge screw conveyor. The material of construction will be mild steel for stand and coconut and oil content area will be stainless steel 304 grade. Power requirement will be 7.5 HP per machine and motor with ISI standard and above. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
