It should work with a vibratory system with a perforation travelling area and should have the ability to remove all water and external moisture before grinding to improve drying efficiency. The construction of the machine should be complete stainless-steel material and water drainage pipes should be incorporated. The Power requirement will be 1 HP and relevant guards should be provided to avoid water contact with material. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
