All bearings should be made of premium brands like SKF, (give another two brands or any ISI make) and a set of spare bearings should be supplied. Feeding area should be safe for operation and should be supplied with feeding conveyor to keep the hands apart from cutting area. The equipment should have the ability to dehusk effectively and damaged or cracked nuts percentage should be less than 1%. The machine is driven by a suitable Motor having 15 HP power. The motor, gear box should have 1SI specifications. All parts of machine should be made up of Mild steel. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site.
