Buffer storage tank having the capacity to store 25000 coconuts in a single batch. It should have an internal screw conveyor for the coconut movement inside the tank and a discharge screw for sending the coconut for next process. Variable frequency drive for the screw is mandatory for regulating the volume of coconut meat for next process. The tank should have full water storage capacity and the coconut should be discharged without discharging the water. Drain value should be supplied for water draining. Platform and handrail to be provided for inspection and cleaning purposes. The Power requirement for the buffer storage tank will be 3 HP with variable frequency drive and motor with gearbox should be supplied with ISI standards. Motor and gearbox should be covered with stainless steel 304 material and all the machine parts should be made of stainless steel 304 grade. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
