Pairing machine having the capacity of processing 150 to 200 coconuts per hour. The machine should be an abrasive roller type remover, to remove the Testa and should be designed with a specific RPM. Each machine should be supplied with individual motor and spare rollers should be supplied with the equipment and roller changing process should be easy for handling. It is driven by 0.50 HP Motor for each equipment and should have ISI specification. The abrasive roller should be made of stainless steel 304 grade and other parts made of Mild steel. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
