Coconut grinder having the capacity of processing 700 kg of white coconut meat in one hour. The set up should be supplied with two grinding machines with individual motors and in a single mounting frame. The machine should be provided with controlled feeding system using a variable frequency drive for both machines to control the feed rate and avoid chocking due to overloading. The RPM of the pulverizer should be between 2500 to 3000 and the sizing of grinding should match for both virgin coconut oil and desiccated coconut by supplying different mesh with the equipment. The Power requirement will be 20 HP and should be supplied with complete stainless steel 304 grade material. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
