Coconut Bubble Washer with standard design and specifications having the capacity of processing 2500 coconuts in an hour. There should be a separate blower to generate the bubbles and all water pipe lines should be incorporated in the machine and water inlet line will be given near the machine. The height of the machine should match the previous machine. Coconut tilting arrangement should be provided for a proper washing and easy coconut movement. The coconut discharge from the washing tank should be directly connected to the next process. It is driven by ISI motor of 5.5 HP. The machine parts should be of stainless steel 304 grade. Proper guard system should be given for motor and gear box to avoid water contact. The machine supplied by the supplier should get approval from the Departmental officials before installing it on site. The supplier is responsible for any damages in machine parts while transportation to work spot. It should be either redo to full efficiency or should be replaced with a new machine as per the instruction given by the departmental officials during erection of machinery at site. The entire system should be as per standard specification and as recommended by the departmental officials complete.
